"Not quite the quality I was expecting"
I was a little disappointed when it arrived. The fabric felt cheaper than I expected for the price, and I’m wondering if maybe I got a lower-quality batch or something. It’s not terrible, but it didn’t feel as nice as I thought it would.

"Refund was quick and hassle-free"
I had to make a return and the whole process was easy. The refund came back faster than I expected, so I’m happy with the experience.

"Feels a bit dated for what it costs"
I don’t know, I was expecting more for the price. A lot of the styles have that older look to them, if that makes sense, and there just wasn’t much in there I could really see myself wearing

"Customer service was helpful, thankfully"
I was expecting this to turn into a hassle, because these kinds of issues usually do, but customer service actually fixed it really quickly. I’m still a bit annoyed that I had to deal with the problem in the first place, but at least they handled it well.

"Fits well, but definitely size up"
I had to go up a size, but once I did, it fit really nicely. Overall, I’m happy with it.
